My name is Andrea Hartman, LCSW and I have a passion for working with teen girls and women to develop their sense of who they are and who they want to be.
Personally, I have had to learn to cope with my own self-inflicted pressure to be the high achiever and "perfect" mother. I love helping my clients learn how to cope with the stress goes along with belief that we should be able to do and have it all.
Professionally, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families from a variety of backgrounds and in multiple settings, including in-home therapy, office-based therapy, child welfare, residential programs, and agency management. I have received training from the Florida Department of Children and Families to be considered an adoption competent therapist, as well as a trainer. Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor for social work interns working toward licensure.
